Build Your Family With Intention
Move beyond good intentions and build the kind of home that shapes the adults your children become.
A practical 21-day family leadership experience that combines practical teaching, guided reflection, and step-by-step implementation.
Every family is being formed.
By the conversations you have.
By the values you live.
By the rhythms you keep.
By the traditions you create.
By what you celebrate.
By what you correct.
By what you repeat.
The question is not whether your family is being shaped.
It already is.
The question is whether you are building it intentionally.
Building an Intentional Family is a practical 21-day experience that helps you think differently about family life.
Instead of simply reacting to whatever each day brings, you will learn a framework for intentionally building the identity, culture, values, relationships, rhythms, and systems that shape a thriving home.
Along the way, you will create your own Family Blueprint™ — a practical tool that helps you capture, apply, and keep refining what you are building as your family grows.
This is not just about solving parenting problems.
It is about learning how to intentionally build a family.
Nobody Teaches Us How To Build A Family
Most people prepare carefully for many things.
We prepare for school.
We prepare for careers.
We prepare for business.
We prepare for ministry.
We prepare for weddings.
We prepare for childbirth.
But very few people are ever taught how to intentionally build a family.
So many couples and parents enter family life with love, hope, faith, and good intentions, but without a clear structure for how the family should grow, function, connect, and pass on what matters.
They know they want a peaceful home.
They know they want responsible children.
They know they want faith, values, love, discipline, connection, and purpose to shape the home.
But knowing what you desire is not the same as knowing how to build it.
Over time, family life can begin to run on pressure, reaction, personality, culture, busyness, and whatever the day demands.
This does not mean the family is failing.
It simply means the family needs intention.
And the earlier you begin, the better.
Whether you are newly married, expecting your first child, raising young children, returning to work after having a baby, or already deep in the parenting journey, there is a way to pause, clarify, and begin building your home with purpose.
What This Experience Helps You Become
Building an Intentional Family helps you move from only managing the day to intentionally leading the home.
It helps you begin to see family as something that can be built with wisdom, not merely something you survive through love and effort.
During this experience, you will be guided to clarify:
Who you are becoming as a family.
What values should shape your home.
What kind of culture you want to create.
What rhythms can support your family life.
What responsibilities need to be taught and shared.
What patterns need to be strengthened, adjusted, or rebuilt.
What kind of legacy you want your children to carry.
The goal is not to give you more information to consume.
The goal is to help you think, reflect, decide, and begin building.
By the end of the experience, you will not have a perfect family.
That is not the promise.
You will have a clearer way to lead, a stronger sense of direction, and practical tools to help you continue building your family with intention.
What You Will Build Along The Journey
As you move through the 21 days, you’ll begin creating your own Family Blueprint™—a practical guide that captures the decisions, values, rhythms, and systems you’re intentionally building into your home.
As your family grows and seasons change, it gives you a place to revisit, refine, and strengthen what matters most, so your home continues to reflect your values rather than simply reacting to life’s demands.
But the Blueprint isn’t the real transformation.
The real transformation is becoming the kind of family leader who knows how to intentionally build a home that shapes the adults your children become.
This Is For You If..
You are newly married and want to build your family foundation with intention.
You are expecting a child and want to prepare more than the physical things.
You are a new parent and want to build healthy family patterns early.
You are preparing to return to work and want your home to have more structure and direction.
You are raising young children and want your family life to reflect your values.
You have older children and want to reset your family rhythms, responsibilities, or culture.
You want your children to grow in responsibility, identity, faith, learning, love, and purpose.
You want to stop leaving family culture to chance.
You believe family is not only something to manage, but something to steward.
What Makes This Different
Many parenting programs begin with behavior.
This experience begins with family formation.
Instead of only asking, “How do I stop this behavior?” you will begin learning to ask deeper questions:
What is being formed here?
What does this pattern reveal?
What value needs to become more visible?
What rhythm needs support?
What responsibility needs to be taught?
What kind of family are we becoming?
That shift matters.
Because family life is not only shaped by instructions.
It is shaped by identity, atmosphere, rhythms, expectations, responsibilities, stories, and repeated practices.
When you begin to see the family as a system, you stop only reacting to symptoms and begin building with more clarity.
That is the heart of the Family Systems™ Framework.
The 21-Day Journey
The experience is delivered through recorded lessons, guided reflections, and practical worksheets that help you begin applying the Family Systems™ Framework to your home.
You will neither be rushed nor pressured to pretend everything is perfect.
You will be invited to slow down, reflect honestly, and begin where you are.
The journey moves through three broad stages.
First, you clarify the foundation.
You begin with personal and family awareness, because the parent is part of the family system. Your clarity, patterns, values, and leadership shape the home.
Then, you begin designing the family.
You look at what matters in your home and begin translating those values into rhythms, responsibilities, and practical family life.
Finally, you learn how to keep building.
Because a family is not built once. It grows, changes, adjusts, reviews, and matures through different seasons.
This is why the experience is not only about what you complete in 21 days.
It is about learning a way of thinking and leading that can serve your family for years.

Meet Your Guide

My name is Lesi Jesam Sampson,PMP.
I am the founder of Lit Lambs Resources, a parenting and family education platform created to help families live intentionally, lead with wisdom, and raise confident, purpose-driven children.
I am also a wife, a mother of three, a teacher, a family life practitioner, and a certified project management professional.
My background in civil & software engineering, product and project management has deeply shaped how I think about family.
Healthy outcomes rarely happen by accident.
They are often the result of intentional design, clear values, functioning systems, regular review, and wise leadership.
Over time, I began to ask a different question:
If systems help organizations function with clarity and purpose, what would happen if families were also built with intentional systems?
Not rigid systems. Not cold systems. Not systems that remove love, grace, or flexibility.
But living systems that help the home reflect its values, support its people, and form children with wisdom.
That question led to the Family Systems™ Framework.
My heart is not to make parents feel guilty for what they have not done.
My heart is to help families see what is possible and give them a practical way to begin.

What Other Parents Have Experienced

>>> Is this useful if I do not have children yet?
Yes, especially if you are newly married, preparing for children, or thinking seriously about family life. You do not need to wait until children arrive before you begin building intentionally.
>>> Is this useful if my children are older?
Yes. It is never too late to bring clarity, reset rhythms, redefine responsibilities, and begin leading your family with greater intention.

Your family is the first environment that shapes your children. The question is whether it is intentionally built to shape the kind of adults you hope they become.
Good intentions alone are not enough. They need structure. They need an environment that consistently reinforces the beliefs, character, values and habits you want to see take root.
Your family is too important to be left to chance.
